Welcome to QuoteNest. By registering an account, subscribing to our plans, or using our quote-generation, invoicing, and messaging services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.
1. Terms & Acceptance
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the business operator) and QuoteNest. By accessing our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all of these terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using our site and must terminate your account immediately.
2. Eligibility & Account Security
To use QuoteNest, you must be at least 18 years of age and operate a legal service business. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach of your account.
- Accept full responsibility for all activities performed under your account.
3. Service Description & Trial Period
QuoteNest provides an AI-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform to generate cleaning and handyman estimates, build invoice receipts, and automate customer rebooking reminders.
14-Day Evaluation Trial: We offer a fully functional 14-day free trial requiring no payment card information. This trial allows you to evaluate the platform. Upon the completion of the 14-day period, your account actions (such as generating new quotes or scheduling reminders) will be locked until you subscribe to a paid plan.
4. Billing, Pricing & Payouts
Subscription transactions are billed on a recurring billing cycle (monthly or multi-month, depending on the specific plan chosen at checkout) and are managed securely by our payment processor and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
- All prices are stated in U.S. Dollars (USD) or localized equivalents.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
- We reserve the right to modify subscription fees upon 30 days' notice. Any fee changes will apply to the next billing cycle.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Instant Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time directly through the Settings page of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the paid features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will occur.
Final Sales & No Refunds: Because we provide a fully functional, 14-day free trial period to evaluate QuoteNest prior to payment, all sales made on the platform are final. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated adjustments for unused subscription time or immediate cancellations, unless required by local consumer laws.
6. WhatsApp Acceptable Use & Anti-Spam Policy
QuoteNest integrates with the Meta WhatsApp Cloud API to deliver quotes, invoices, and reminders. You are strictly required to comply with Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy.
Important Anti-Spam Requirements:
- You must obtain explicit, verifiable consent (opt-in) from your clients before sending them quotes or automated rebooking reminders via WhatsApp.
- You are strictly prohibited from using QuoteNest to send spam, bulk cold-messages, marketing broadcasts, or unsolicited notifications.
- If a client requests to opt out of notifications, you must immediately remove their phone number or delete their reminder from your dashboard.
- We reserve the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account, without refund, if we receive complaints or alerts regarding unsolicited messages sent from your account.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
The website, software, designs, algorithms, code, database schemas, logo, and brand name are the exclusive intellectual property of QuoteNest. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the platform during your trial or active subscription. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, modify, or distribute any part of our software.
8. Limitation of Liability & Warranty Disclaimer
QuoteNest is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uptime, correctness of AI estimations, or delivery of WhatsApp messages:
- We are not responsible for any failures or delays caused by third-party APIs (such as Meta WhatsApp Cloud API or Supabase outages).
- We do not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the AI-generated estimates; you are responsible for reviewing and confirming quote totals before sending them to clients.
- Under no circumstances shall QuoteNest be liable for any lost profits, lost revenue, data loss, or indirect business damages.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or dispute arising under these terms shall be settled through individual, binding arbitration, and you waive any right to participate in class-action lawsuits.
