At QuoteNest, we believe in complete transparency. We want you to be 100% confident that our software is the right fit for your business before you ever pay us a single dollar.
1. The 14-Day Risk-Free Trial
Every new QuoteNest account automatically begins with a full-featured 14-day free trial. We do not require a credit card upfront to start this trial.
During this 14-day period, you have unrestricted access to test our WhatsApp quoting engine, AI estimators, and client management tools. Because we provide this risk-free evaluation period, you have ample opportunity to ensure QuoteNest meets your business needs.
2. Strictly No Refunds
Because you are never automatically charged at the end of your trial, any subscription payment made is an intentional, deliberate act of upgrading your account.
Therefore, all payments made to QuoteNest (whether for the Standard Monthly Plan or the Founder Plan) are strictly non-refundable and all sales are final. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions or unused time.
3. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time directly from your QuoteNest Dashboard Settings.
If you cancel, you will not be billed again. Your account will remain active and fully functional until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Once the cycle ends, your account will be downgraded, and you will lose access to premium features.
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We have a zero-tolerance policy for fraudulent chargebacks. If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or credit card issuer for a valid subscription charge, your QuoteNest account will be immediately suspended and all associated data may be permanently deleted.
If you have a legitimate billing issue (e.g., you were accidentally charged twice in one day due to a system error), please contact us directly at support@getquotenest.com so we can resolve the issue immediately without involving the bank.
